  • Learn to escape the confines of your own experience through awareness of your own cultural and other assumptions.

  • Explore the origins of identity in yourself and the client , and the influence of these identities in pursuit of goals.

  • Better understand the role of power and rank dynamics in organisational and coaching capacity to engage clients from diverse backgrounds.

  • Build coaching coaching acuity to overt and subtle signs of rank and power in coaching relationships and organisational and life environments.

  • Unlock powerful client insights and attitudes toward their own capabilities and potentials.
